Creating calm with your ADHD friendly home

I know how overwhelming it can feel. That’s why I created Your ADHD Home - to give you the practical tools and shortcuts I wish I’d had sooner, so family life can feel calmer and more manageable.

My Story

Hi, I’m Jenefer. I started Your ADHD Home to give parents the help I wish I’d had years ago. Back then, I was figuring it all out on my own - slowly piecing together strategies from books, talks and podcasts, while trying to stay calm in the chaos.

Over time, I made small changes that helped our home feel calmer. But, it was slow and I often wished someone could just look at my situation and say: “Try this.”

That’s why I’m here for you. I’m both a parent and professionally trained in neurodiversity support, so you don’t have to go through the trial and error I did.
